Terms

These terms apply to the Wizard Brawl game and this website (the "Service"), run by David Chia ("we", "us"). By playing you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. The terms of the App Store or Google Play you downloaded the game from also apply.

Who can play

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Your account is personal. Don't sell, share or transfer it.
• You can delete it at any time; see how.

Play fair

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, modified clients, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with our servers or other players' connections;
• pick a player name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone, or breaks the law;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, in the game or our community spaces.

If you break these rules we may rename you, reset progress, or suspend or close your account, temporarily or for good.

Coins and cosmetics

Coins, cosmetics and other in-game items have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred. You get a licence to use them in the game, not ownership. We may change, rebalance or retire items. If we offer purchases with real money, they are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, including their refund policies, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Our game, our content

We (and our licensors) own Wizard Brawl, including its code, art, sound and names. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play it for non-commercial purposes. You're welcome to stream and share videos of the game.

Changes and availability

Wizard Brawl is a live game. We may update, change or remove features, modes or spells, take servers down for maintenance, or stop running the game. We will try to give notice before shutting down online play.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game items or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract.

Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (like ownership and liability) still apply afterwards.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the game. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
